By creating an account, downloading our app, or using the Service in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This applies to all users, including parents, students, teachers, and school administrative staff.

2. User Accounts & Security

  • Account Creation: To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account using credentials provided by your school administration.
  • Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Accuracy: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information up-to-date.

3. Use of the Service

The Service is intended to facilitate educational management, communication between schools and parents/students, fee tracking, and academic progress monitoring. You agree to use the Service only for lawful educational and administrative purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Post or transmit any material that is offensive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
  • Attempt to hack, destabilize, or adapt the Service, or otherwise interfere with its normal operations.
  • Use the platform to distribute spam or malicious software.

4. Fees and Payments

School Center provides modules for schools to collect fees. If you make payments through our platform (e.g., tuition, transportation fees), you agree to provide valid payment information. All payment processing is handled by secure third-party gateways. School Center does not store your complete credit card information. Refund policies regarding school fees are governed strictly by your respective school's administration, not by School Center.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is critically important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data (including student records).

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, School Center and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all software, text, graphics, and branding used in the Service. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from School Center for your own personal, non-commercial use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

7. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Administrative users retain the right to suspend student or parent accounts according to internal school policies.

In no event shall School Center, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
